  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar white
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar light
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs lightly beaten
  • 2/3 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Butter melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 11 1/2 oz Chocolate Chips milk chocolate, semisweet
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts I left these out

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease 12 muffin cups or tins.
  3. Whisk flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Stir eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl until well blended.
  5. Form a well in the center of the dry ingredients, pour in the milk mixture, and stir until combined.
  6. Gently fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
