- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin puree, and canola oil until smooth. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined; avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold the frozen cranberries and milk chocolate chips into the batter.
- Divide the batter evenly between two 9x5-inch loaf pans. Bake for 65 to 80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the loaves cool for a few minutes in the pans, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

You can swap fresh cranberries for frozen in equal amounts and bake for the same time.
Store leftover bread tightly wrapped at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
