3 Ingredient Banana Bread with Flour Without Condensed Milk

This easy 3 ingredient banana bread with flour is moist, fluffy, and made in one bowl. No eggs, oil, or condensed milk required!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups bananas mashed
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk I used coconut condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour sifted

Method
 

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 7 x 4-inch baking pan, line it with parchment paper, and set it aside.
  2. Combine the bananas and condensed milk in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Gently stir in the flour and mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Take the banana bread out of the oven and allow it to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
